Bobble Stitch (UK terms)
1. Begin by chaining an even number (I chained 20 in this example. Double crochet to the end for the first row. Ch1, turn and double crochet into the first stitch of the next row
2. Yarn over and insert hook into the next stitch
3. Yarn over and pull through. You will now have 3 loops on your hook
4. Yarn over and pull through two loops. You will now have two loops on your hook. Instead of finishing the treble crochet, you are going to repeat steps 2-3, three more times. When following patterns, check instructions as some may specify how many treble stitches to use in a bobble (e.g. 3tbbobble, 4tbbobble)
5. 3 loops on the hook after repeating steps 2-3 again (Yarn over, insert hook, yarn over, pull through, yarn over, pull through 2 loops)
6. 4 loops left on the hook after another repeat. This is your orignal loop, and three almost finished treble crochets
7. Repeat one more time to have 5 loops on your hook (some patterns may not need this final repeat). This is our original loop, plus 4 almost finished treble crochets.
8. Yarn over and pull through all 5 loops on your hook. You have finished the bobble stitch!
